Announcing the remastered pilot episode!

We’re excited to relaunch the pilot episode of Above the Fold. It’s cleaner, prettier, and low-fat- and we can show it to you now that we’re done applying to festivals. It’s kind of like when Disney brings old movies out of the vault but now they’re in 3D, except this isn’t old or in 3D and we’re not Disney. So really it’s not like that. But check it out anyway.

We’re pleased, delighted, humbled, and many other adjectives, to present the pilot episode of Above the Fold.

In the pilot episode, editor-in-chief Jack Craven spars with student publisher Elisabeth after he fires most of the staff; twin brothers Sam and Ben investigate corruption on campus; and new writer Mary Louise gets a crash course in journalism when she brings in a controversial story about underage drinking.

Episode 2: No Such Thing

It’s here: the second episode of Above the Fold. It’s the mid-season cliffhanger and the thrilling season finale all rolled into one. And it will have to satisfy our millions of fans until Above the Fold returns next year!

A reckless night ends in a sudden upheaval at The Daily; Jack and Elisabeth deal with the unexpected consequences of Mary Louise’s drinking story; Sam and Rebecca cover the neglected upcoming local elections; Morgan and Elisabeth contemplate their futures, while Jack’s is complicated by a new, tumultuous romance.
